Every offering at Easy Peasy Yoga is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build a lifelong relationship with your body and mind. Whether you arrive through recovery, meditation, movement, or rest, the invitation is always the same: Go easy on yourself.
01: Easy Peasy Community Class
45 minutes | Free online class

Your first step into slowing down.
This session is a gentle introduction to the Easy Peasy approach. We'll take time to slow down, notice what your body is telling you, and discover that yoga doesn't have to be complicated to make a difference.
The intention is simple: calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with your body. No flexibility required. No previous experience. No pressure to get it right.
02: Deep Recovery
60 minutes | Personalized recovery

Recovery is part of the training.
For people who train hard, work hard, or simply ask a lot from their bodies.
This personalized session combines Yin Yoga, functional mobility, breath awareness, Tibetan singing bowls, and intentional silence to support recovery beyond the muscles.
Through long-held, low-load postures, we gently stimulate the body's connective tissues—including fascia, tendons, ligaments, and joint capsules—while creating the conditions for the nervous system to settle and recover.
This isn't about stretching more. It's about giving your body the time and attention it rarely gets. No pushing. No performance. Just recovery.
03: Deep Recovery Extended
75 minutes | A full-body reset

When your body needs more time.
For anyone who has been doing a lot and is ready to slow down for a while.
Whether you're recovering after an event, moving through a demanding period, or simply feeling physically and mentally depleted, this session gives you more time to rest and recover.
Through long-held Yin Yoga postures, gentle movement, breath awareness, Tibetan singing bowls, and intentional silence, the practice helps the body release tension and the nervous system settle—without needing to push, achieve, or perform.
This is recovery without doing more.
04: Guided Meditation
30 minutes | Guided stillness with singing bowls

Sit. Breathe. That's enough.
For beginners, busy minds, and anyone who finds it difficult to slow down.
You don't need to become a monk or stop your thoughts. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, moments of silence, and Tibetan singing bowls, the practice helps you settle into the present moment without pressure or complicated techniques.
A simple way to slow down, feel less overwhelmed, and become more comfortable being still.
